一般麵條成份有 salt water n flour...
I make all type of noodle everyday ,, it's healthy and tasty,,
My record time of making fresh noodle by hand is 30 minutes .
Soup base can be very simple too,
The most simply recipe : ( 2% salt 40% water of flour weight ) . Mix it let it sit for 15 minutes ,,then use any empty bottle to roll over it to form a flat sheet , finally use a knife to slice  ,,
