On 6 November, a recording featuring the winner of the Chopin Competition was released by Deutsche Grammophon, with selected works performed by Seong-Jin Cho during three rounds of the competition.

This extraordinary album is also the beginning of a long-term collaboration between the Chopin Institute and Deutsche Grammophon, initiated in order to promote the best interpretations of Chopin’s music to the broadest possible audience.

Deutsche Grammophon is one of the greatest and oldest recording labels in the world, presenting the works of the best artists – we will find among them such winners of previous editions of the Chopin Competition as Martha Argerich, Rafał Blechacz, Krystian Zimerman, Yundi and Maurizio Pollini.
