我做緊製衣業 , inhouse developer , 跟公司放 no pay , 少左 2x% 收入 , 宜家只有 20 k 左右

其實宜家 IT 就業情況點 , jobsdb 都有好多工 , 但唔確定市道係咪還可以

我都係製造業。香港細小辦公室,15人裁左3人。IT 部門有一人。大陸返四放一,訂單仲有未至於裁員。越南就裁裁裁。

明白就業情況未?



我做bank in-house support, 沒有no-pay, 暫時未見裁員。

As we continue to closely monitor the impact of COVID-19 on our business, we are seeing more signs of customer activity slowing. While our first quarter was a good quarter in many ways, we have better insight into the next two quarters and now expect lower business results in Q2 and Q3 than previously forecasted. The continued economic uncertainty around the world is causing some customers to slow, pause or stop projects, affecting our business. We, as a result, further lowered our FY21 revenue outlook and now need to further reduce expenses to align with this reduced revenue. Therefore, effective August 1, 2020 we will implement the following actions:

·        Temporarily reduce all employees’ salaries. Everyone below Vice President will see a 3 percent reduction while those who are Vice Presidents or above will see an 8 percent reduction in accordance with local laws. This will take effect on August 1, 2020 and end on February 28, 2021 at which time full salaries will be reinstated. More information will be sent to you this week by your local HR leader.

·        Temporarily suspend 401(k) matches in the U.S. The U.S. 401(k) company match program will be suspended from August 1, 2020 through December 31, 2020. Participants who have not reached their annual contribution limit may still contribute to the 401(k) plan during this time.  XXXXXX will resume matching contributions on January 1, 2021.

Lastly, we have streamlined roles in a couple functional areas resulting in the reduction of 2 positions. Those individuals affected have been notified, and our HR team is working with them during this transition. Please know that the decision to take these actions was not made lightly. Though painful, they will put us in a better position to navigate through these difficult market conditions. Aligning our FY21 expenses with our adjusted revenue plan is essential to the overall health of our company.

我公司無裁人,無減薪。疫情最影響應該係飲食、零售。其他無咁傷。

製衣最早北移,也是最早遷移出中國。

估唔到香港仲有公司。

無no pay, 自然流失,仲有人工加

I am a iT recruiter, currently, IT industry is good. Especially people who have experience in financial system. other than that, apps and mobile developer is less pay, but seems not bad.
