操之前飲protein其實有咩好處??..
好似我咁...其實我操之前..食個包/飲支葡萄適再加creatine....
幾個字之後就去操架喇.....操完之後"即刻"shake protein飲...其實咁樣有冇錯呢????
其實操之前whey protein到底為乜架呢???
如果想要energy....食飽d先去操唔係己經ok架咩????
乜操之前飲whey protein對操練既吸收有幫助架咩???
順帶一問...
師兄們..你地完成左自己workout之後...會即刻飲supplement...定係等幾個字先架???
有人教我操完"即刻"飲...又有人教我坐幾個字...冷卻左個人先再飲...應該點先岩呢????

操之前飲protein唔係為左飽肚下. 操緊果時都好需要營養. 之前一杯就係比操緊果時可以吸收到.
我個人覺得即刻飲同隔幾個字飲分別唔大. 只要唔係隔太耐就得.

如果從能量角度出發, 唔知係咪操之前食得夠 carbo, 成個操肌過程就唔會分解任何肌肉以作能量呢? 有冇師兄有相關資料?
所以我一直以黎...操之前會食多d carbo先......
操之前唔想食protein ..protein貴過carbo好多...
操完之後我就會係咁食..

就算係都係recover果時先要用protein
人要去到饑荒先會用肌肉作能量



請問仲有冇師兄有好既見解呢

imo, before trainning, carbo is more important, as carbo give u energy

4 hours after trainning is extremely crucial, that's so-called anabolic windows, nutrition can be absoulte extremely fast, after 4 hours, the absorption rate will decline to normal

it's very important: you have to eat very clean food/meal within 4 hours after trainning!!!!! or otherwise u will gain fat very easy

after trainning, protein is most important, for u to growth~~~~

我未聽過操前飲,
carbo係protein本身少,
對運動時無乜大幫助,
protein營養是為訓練後得以補充,
訓練前飲身體根本唔需要,自然排出
